This Merewether home was in need of a face lift. With the goal of incorporating energy efficiency and comfort into its new aesthetic, this facade upgrade utilised double glazing to ensure the spectacular view can be enjoyed year round. The mix material entry structures compliment the updated living spaces and alfresco dining.

With the combination of clever design and architectural material choices, this home now garners the street presence it deserves.
