    With over 20 years experience in the building industry, James brings a focus on client relationships and high quality building outcomes. Your first point of contact and guide throughout a Karpion build.

    SITE SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN

    Tom brings over 17 years of hands-on experience as a leader to our team. As a confident site foreman, he ensures each project runs smoothly through his proactive approach.

    SITE SUPERVISOR / CARPENTER

    With 15 years of industry knowledge, Matt brings both skill and reliability to our team. He oversees our sites and works closely with James and the team to ensure our projects run efficiently.
